Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC, Woodinville, WA, is hiring drill crew leads with CDL Class A preferred and 3+ years in the drilling field. You’ll operate rigs, mentor crew members, maintain logs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects in the Puget Sound region.

Expect a travel-heavy schedule with home nights, potential overtime, per diem, and competitive pay/benefits. A background check and pre-employment screening are required, with DOT standards guiding eligibility.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A preferred; 3+ years drilling experience
• Background check and drug test required; MVR check essential
• IRCA work authorization and physical requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and equipment with high proficiency
• Maintain daily drilling reports and logs
• Ensure equipment safety and perform routine maintenance
• Lead a drilling crew and train team members
• Maintain knowledge of safety standards and certifications
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Complete timesheets and related reports
