Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC, an Equal Opportunity Employer, seeks a CDL Class A licensed driller with at least 3 years in drilling to operate rigs and lead crews for Midwest/Northeast projects. Travel up to 80%, with 10 days on/4 days off schedules, overtime potential, rewards for performance, and per diem when traveling.

Role requires safe operation of equipment, routine reporting, and strict adherence to DOT/FMCSA rules; background checks and drug testing are mandatory.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and State Driller License preferred.
• 3+ years drilling experience with at least 1 year operating a variety of rigs (sonic, rotary, auger).
• Negative drug test required.
• Background check clean or details reviewed case-by-case.
• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory MVR.
• DOT Medical Card and FMCSA compliance required.
• HAZWOPER physical required.
• IRCA work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition and perform routine maintenance.
• Lead a drilling crew by training and mentoring employees and maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain knowledge of MSDS, CEU’s and JSA’s.
• Approve employee timesheets.
• Complete logs, tailgates and DVIRs.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
