Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Telecom Drill Bores Operator to install underground telecom cables and infrastructure. You will determine bore paths, locate utilities, and safely operate all drilling equipment to complete tasks.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to work in all weather conditions. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A Commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment, including capabilities, limitations, and drill setup and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize "Mud" mixing systems.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Responsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
