Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in primary state of residence.
• Obtain and maintain RN licensure in assigned states as directed.
• Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred) or must attain within 18 months of employment.
• Successful CPR/BLS certification.
• Fresenius Medical Care maintains a drug-free workplace per federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with regional, group, and corporate goals through activities and actions to improve patient care.
• Delivers competency-based training, new employee orientation, facility in-service and clinical education programs.
• Collaborates with regional, group, and facility leaders to schedule, provide and implement education programs and processes.
• Promotes a culture of lifelong learning through professional programs, coaching, and available technologies.
• Maintains open communication with internal and external customers and demonstrates leadership and teamwork.
• Supports metric/KPI programs with data documentation, reporting and quality initiatives.
