Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced RN to lead training and education for dialysis staff across facilities. You will deliver standardized, competency-based programs, new employee orientation, preceptor training, and clinical education to promote quality patient care and continuous improvement.

The role collaborates with operational and clinical leaders, supports all dialysis modalities, and offers opportunities for professional development through national projects and evolving training

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing and ability to obtain licensure in required states.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BLS certification and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Trains and educates employees across facilities with standardized programs.
• Delivers new employee orientation, preceptor training, and in-service sessions.
• Collaborates with leaders to promote quality patient care and safety.
• Supports metric and KPI programs with data documentation and reporting.
• Travels between facilities to implement education programs and projects.
