Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Oakland seeks an experienced RN to plan, implement, and manage dialysis training programs across modalities, aligning with clinical quality goals. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop education initiatives that improve patient outcomes and staff competencies.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of nephrology nursing experience, plus leadership or education experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 75% for training centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Nurses must be Certified Dialysis Nurse or Certified Nephrology Nurse or gain certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with regional, group, and corporate goals through all activities and actions.
• Adheres to policy, procedures, compliance, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
• Focuses programs toward clinical quality goals and improving patient outcomes.
• Serves on cross functional teams to manage initiatives and support clinical care teams.
