Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience within a dental setting.
• Willingness to travel to Virginia North office locations.
• Experience in a dental or medical office is required.
• Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and practice management software.
• Attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in patient records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure office efficiency and high patient care standards.
• Supervise patient coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and coordinators.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and front-office operations for productivity.
• Support dentists with treatment planning, billing, and insurance processing.
• Monitor finances, expenses, invoicing, collections, and receivables.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development while maintaining workplace culture.
