Job summary

MB2 Dental Solutions seeks a Regional Manager to support affiliated practices across the Virginia market. You will act as the operational leader, driving performance and developing leadership teams while partnering with providers to meet business and patient care goals.

Work on-site and remotely with regular region-wide travel; the role offers growth, strong leadership support, and a competitive compensation package including health insurance, a bonus structure, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental operations leadership experience required.
• Previous multi-office management experience necessary.
• Strong P&L knowledge and financial acumen expected.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel and support remote offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational leader for an assigned portfolio of affiliated dental practices.
• Drive practice performance, growth, and patient experience across locations.
• Coach and develop office leadership teams to improve engagement and accountability.
• Analyze production, collections, profitability, and retention; implement action plans.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
• Partner with dentists and leadership to support strategic operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and training requirements.
• Review KPIs and steer corrective actions to improve financial outcomes.
