MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to support affiliated practices across the Virginia market. This role acts as the operational leader within the territory, coordinating between offices and support departments, with both on-site and remote work options and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental office management experience required.
• Experience managing multiple offices.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in dental field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model outstanding patient service and communication.
• Identify team strengths and opportunities related to patient skills.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members for optimal service.
• Onboard new staff to fit dynamic practice environment while meeting needs.
• Audit operational work and provide additional training as needed.
• Partner with HR for performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Attend meetings and development opportunities as required.
• Collaborate with dentist and regional leadership on operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace diversity, HIPAA, and OSHA training.
