Modesto Smiles Dentistry in Modesto, CA is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). You will prep patients, assist with treatments, and help ensure a clean, efficient operatory.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to specialty offices as needed. Training is provided to develop new skills and advance your career.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with state-mandated training.
• Certificates/licenses/registrations as required by state.
• Specialty dental assistants must have reliable transportation for multiple offices.

Aufgaben

• Perform duties in accordance with the applicable state dental regulations.
• Assist clinicians and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring PPE experience.
• Escort patients to/from the front desk and coordinate with the team.
• Maintain a clean, sterile operatory and disinfect instruments per guidelines.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by the clinician.
• Prepare tray setups and replenish supplies for procedures.
• Record patient charting in the digital system and review health history.
• Support treatment records and consents prior to procedures.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and participate in team meetings.
