Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience and to help build Patients for Life. You will assist the dentist, prepare patients, take radiographs, and keep the operatory clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED plus state-mandated training.
• One-year certificate from accredited college or tech school preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist to enable efficient, quality care.
• Complete radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by the clinician.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness per guidelines.
• Assist with patient intake, charting, and health history in the digital record.
• Support PPE process and communicate with front/back office for smooth schedules.
• Maintain supplies and operate dental technology while following policies.
