Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). You will prepare patients, assist with procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized practice environment across multiple offices.

You will participate in daily huddles, coordinate radiographs, and ensure patient records are accurately documented. Travel between offices is required to support patient care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with state-mandated certification or registration.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices.
• Specialty Dental Assistants may require additional training and travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist to provide efficient, quality dental care.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and sterilize instruments.
• Assist clinicians and maintain patient charts in the digital system.
• Support PPE processes to ensure a positive patient experience.
