Job summary

Morton Ranch Smiles Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will assist during exams, prepare patients, take radiographs, and maintain a clean, organized operatory.

Responsibilities include coordinating with front and back office teams, participating in huddles, and traveling to nearby offices as needed. A high school diploma or GED and state-mandated certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and state-mandated training.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; travel may be required.
• Specialty dental assistants travel to multiple offices as needed.
• Willingness to travel and adhere to safety and infection-control standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist to provide efficient care.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Maintain sterile operatory and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Escort patients to front desk and coordinate with front/back office.
• Support PPE delivery and uphold the Perfect Patient Experience.
