Job summary

Mopar Express Lane Dealer Consultant position requiring extensive on-site training across dealerships nationwide. Role involves installing, training, and coaching the Express Lane functions, with frequent travel to sites and collaboration with Stellantis personnel and dealer staff.

Candidates should have 5+ years in Express Service programs, strong maintenance knowledge, and proven training experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and exceptional communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience with Express Service Program in OEM Dealer or Retail environment or equivalent.
• Proficient in car and truck maintenance and repair.
• Experience with on-site dealership training.
• MS Office 365 suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 95% with overnights required.

Responsibilities

• Onsite training and coaching dealership personnel.
• Guide adherence to factory guidelines and Mopar Express Lane programs.
• Develop and implement dealership processes.
• Generate action plans and review with upper management.
• Measure performance using reporting systems and benchmarks.
• Plan all travel within company guidelines.
• Report travel and training plans to the field manager weekly if required.
• Manage daily activities in dealerships and report workday activities.
• Present, facilitate, and provide program training to large groups.
• Prospect and review programs with dealer staff or ownership for growth.
• Keep documentation of assigned dealerships, visits, and program progression.
• Communicate roadblocks or concerns to field managers regularly.
• Maintain professional appearance and business casual dress.
