Job summary

Helm seeks a Mopar Express Lane Dealer Consultant to install, train and coach Express Lane functions in assigned dealerships nationwide. This role requires travel up to 95% and includes onsite training at dealerships, with interaction with Stellantis corporate personnel and upper management.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience with Express Service Program in OEM Dealer or Retail.
• Proficient in car and truck maintenance.
• Experience with on-site dealership training.
• Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 95% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Training and Coaching: train and coach dealership personnel.
• Guidance on Factory Guidelines: ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Process Implementation: develop and implement dealership processes.
• Action Plans: generate and review action plans with management.
• Performance Measurement: track performance using reporting systems.
• Travel Planning: plan travel within guidelines.
• Reporting: report travel and training plans weekly when required.
• Daily Management: manage daily activities at dealerships and report.
• Program Training: present and facilitate program training to groups.
• Program Growth: seek program growth with dealer staff/ownership.
• Documentation: keep records of visits and progression.
• Communication: escalate roadblocks to field managers.
• Professional Appearance: maintain professional appearance.
• Additional Duties: perform other duties as assigned.
