Job summary

Helm is seeking a Mopar Express Lane Dealer Service Consultant to install, train, and coach Express Lane functions across assigned dealerships nationwide. You will attend training sessions, perform follow-up installations, and coordinate with Stellantis corporate personnel and dealership staff.

Role requires traveling up to 95% with overnight stays, strong documentation, and the ability to implement processes in dealerships while maintaining brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Five plus (5+) years of experience with Express Service Program in OEM Dealer or Retail environment or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in car and truck maintenance.
• Experience with on-site dealership training.
• Microsoft Office 365: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 95% with overnights required.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Training and Coaching: Provide training, coaching, and counseling to dealership personnel.
