Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. You will coordinate procurement, manage field installation, and serve as the key customer interface to maximize satisfaction and safety.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in building automation, security or AV systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from planning to closeout, including scope, schedule, budgeting, and procurement.
• Direct site management to ensure on-time completion within budget and positive cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and services for timely completion.
• Develop project milestones, costs, and reports; monitor actual vs. estimated costs.
• Communicate requirements to the project team and maintain accurate records.
