Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join a dynamic team. You will plan, direct and oversee application engineering, field installation, and start-up of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule while maximizing customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7–10 years in engineering, field service or project management.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct application engineering, field installation and start-up of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are executed within budgeted cost and time schedules and maintain positive cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality on all assigned projects.
• PM role includes leadership of teams on high- volume or critical accounts and responsibilities beyond core duties.
