Job summary

Equiliem seeks an experienced Data Center Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure, structured cabling, and related projects within hyperscale data center environments. The role requires leadership of internal teams, PM staff, subcontractors, and vendors to meet schedule, cost, functionality, and customer satisfaction targets.

You will coordinate budgets, procurement, installation, risk management, and quality assurance while maintaining strong customer engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Extensive experience leading data center projects and hyperscale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project life cycle from presales through closeout, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets.
• Drive delivery of network infrastructure, structured cabling, and related projects across data center sites.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor PM-level staff, subcontractors, and vendor teams; coordinate cross-functional activities.
