Job summary

Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent seeks a Construction Supervisor to oversee data center builds across multiple active sites. You will supervise daily operations, enforce schedules, read blueprints, and guide field crews on critical infrastructure installations including electrical and mechanical systems.

You will travel frequently to job sites, report progress to leadership, and ensure safety and compliance with codes and uptime standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily construction operations on data center builds.
• Enforce project schedules and milestones.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical drawings.
• Experience with data centers or large-scale MEP projects.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-stakes builds.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction operations on data center builds.
• Enforce project schedules and milestones.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical drawings.
• Manage installation of critical infrastructure and MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with uptime/reliability standards.
• Travel to active job sites and coordinate multi-site efforts.
