ARCO National Construction is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical design-build projects across the United States. You will manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety and quality, and partner with the project manager to deliver successful projects for clients.

The role demands an experienced professional who can travel nationwide and take ownership from post-award to project completion, ensuring profitability and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Lead Superintendent or similar role.
• At least 5 years in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list.
• Direct subcontractors and resolve field conflicts.
• Support construction schedule with manpower and equipment planning.
• Ensure work meets specs, stays on schedule, and targets profitability.
• Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
