Job summary

Actalent seeks a Project Manager II to oversee core, shell, and TI scopes on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. You will manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and documentation while partnering with field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders to ensure safety, on-time completion, and budget adherence.

The role requires 5–8 years in commercial construction project management with strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership skills; travel rotations

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360/Autodesk Build, Microsoft Project, or Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with field teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Oversee core, shell, and tenant improvement scopes for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, MEP partners, and design stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and subcontractor management.
