OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is seeking Cooling Tower Cleaning Technicians for the US Southeast region. You will travel frequently to clean and maintain both packaged and field-erected cooling towers, under foremen and superintendents, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

The role requires attention to safety, ability to operate power washers, and comfort with a fast-paced travel schedule. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and HSA contributions for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Score of 2 or less in a DISA background screen.
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficient in safe operation of power washers and appropriate spray settings.
• Follow supervisor instructions to support safe, efficient project completion.
• Uphold safety, efficiency, and quality standards throughout all work phases.
• Maintain high cleaning standards without compromising timeliness or safety.
• Measure free chlorine levels in cooling tower circulating water.
