Job summary

OBR Management is seeking a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician for the US Southeast region. The role involves traveling to client sites to clean and maintain cooling tower equipment under supervision, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will operate power washers, follow safety procedures, perform chemical handling per MSDS, and document tasks with precision. A valid license and background checks are required, with OSHA 10 preferred.

Qualifications

• Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Satisfactory background check.
• DISA background screen score of 2 or less.
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate power washers safely with correct spray head selection.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete projects safely and on time.
• Maintain OBR safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Measure free chlorine levels in cooling tower water pre- and post-treatment.
• Read MSDS and handle chemicals properly.
• Read and interpret information from MSDS; practice proper chemical handling techniques.
• Work at heights with 100% tie-off above 4 feet.
