Job summary

OBR Management is hiring Cooling Tower Cleaning Technicians to support our US Southeast region. You will join field teams, travel between sites, and help maintain and clean cooling tower equipment to ensure reliable operation.

You’ll operate power washers, follow safety procedures, and perform pre/post-treatment tasks while maintaining high cleanliness standards and safety compliance. Some positions require travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screening (10-panel urine) and breath alcohol test.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Satisfactory background check; DISA background screen score 2 or less.
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision to ensure equipment quality.
• Operate power washers safely and select appropriate spray heads.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Uphold safety, efficiency, and quality throughout all work.
• Perform pre- and post-treatment activities and measure free chlorine levels.
• Read, interpret MSDS and practice proper chemical handling techniques.
• Work at heights with 100% tie-off when above 4 feet.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervision.
