Job summary

OBR Management is seeking a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician to join our field team in the US Southeast region. The role involves cleaning cooling tower equipment, operating power washers safely, and following supervisor instructions to ensure safe, efficient project completion.

You will perform pre- and post-treatment tasks, read MSDS materials, and maintain strict safety standards while traveling as needed. OSHA 10 certification is preferred; valid US driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow safety instructions and THA cards.
• Ability to operate power washers and select appropriate spray heads.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks with precision to ensure equipment quality.
• Operate power washers safely with proper spray head selection.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and quality in all work phases.
• Complete THA cards and relevant safety documentation accurately.
