Job summary

Jobot seeks a Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction site operations across locations, ensuring safety and quality. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, enforce FAA/NPS/OSHA standards, and maintain SSHO and QCM practices.

The position requires frequent travel and strong leadership. With at least five years in supervision, you will manage schedules, budgets, and client communications while traveling to diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction with supervisory or management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FAA and NPS regulations and guidelines.
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors to finish projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites across locations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors; assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Ensure operations comply with FAA, NPS, and OSHA guidelines and SSHO/QCM standards.
• Serve as primary contact for site safety, inspections, and quality control.
• Develop schedules and work plans; deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Travel to multiple sites as needed and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
