Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction across industrial, retail, and commercial sectors. This role involves traveling between active sites, managing on-site crews and subcontractors, and ensuring safety compliance, schedules, and budgets.

The on-site representative will liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout projects. Candidate should have a proven traveling superintendent background, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of superintendent or senior field supervision in industrial, retail, or commercial construction.
• Proven traveling superintendent experience across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, blueprint reading, and field problem solving.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar CM software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple project sites to supervise industrial, retail, and commercial builds.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, crews, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets; adjust sequencing as needed.
• Document reports, track RFIs and submittals; Procore experience is a plus.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, representing the company on site.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and site logistics for continuous workflow.
• Train and mentor field personnel and lead toolbox talks.
