Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years in construction, 3+ years as a superintendent, and proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools. This on-site role requires travel and a strong safety focus to deliver projects on time and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects with strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6) experience.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain); First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite field operations across projects and coordinate field crews and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct site safety meetings and hazard analyses.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards; oversee inspections and testing.
• Manage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence; resolve field issues.
• Maintain daily reports: manpower, progress, weather, and safety updates; assist with RFIs and change orders.
• Oversee punch lists, final inspections, demobilization, and turnover of project closeout.
