Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction field experience preferred.
• Significant experience as Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Experience mobilizing through closeout of projects and managing multi-market work.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and documentation thoroughly.
• Lead day-to-day field operations and jobsite activities.
• Coordinate setup including utilities, dumpsters, trailers, barricades, fencing and signage.
• Develop and maintain four-week look-ahead schedules and monitor progress.
• Lead Field Foreman Meetings to communicate expectations and sequencing.
• Manage subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Build strong client- and architect-relations on site.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and monitor field quality.
