REZ Management LLC is seeking a Traveling Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. This field-based role involves extensive travel with home-based time between project assignments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction supervision, ground-up experience, and strong leadership to coordinate crews, safety, and project coordination across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, structural systems, and building envelope systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Maintain project schedules and support milestone completion.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays.
