REZ Management LLC seeks a Traveling Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on nationwide commercial projects. This field-based role requires extensive travel with home-based periods between assignments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction supervision, including ground-up work, and a strong grasp of safety, sequencing, and coordination with subs and inspectors. Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Maintain project schedules and support milestone completion.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, inspections, and site logistics.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination and safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, photos, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and local officials.
• Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Assist with project planning, sequencing, and constructability reviews.
• Represent REZ professionally on all jobsites and client interactions.
