Job summary
ARCO National Construction is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial design-build projects across the United States. You will own field execution from post-award through project completion, directing subcontractors and driving schedules while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications
- 5-25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
- Willing to travel throughout the United States.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
- Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Lead field operations and jobsite execution through all project phases.
- Develop construction schedules with PMs; manage manpower and equipment needs.
- Oversee work to meet specs, stay on schedule, and hit profitability targets.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities to align with project timelines.
- Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
- Review requisitions, field POs, and invoices; communicate plans and issues to PM.
