Job summary

gpac is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead projects nationwide, owning on-site operations and coordinating crews across multiple sites.

The role requires reading blueprints, managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring safety and quality, and communicating progress to PMs. Travel and travel-related expenses are covered, and a $150,000+ base salary with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Traveling Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and project activities on multiple sites.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, crews, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Read plans and coordinate materials, manpower, and deliveries.
