Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government projects across the United States. You will oversee safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreakings through closeout.

Candidates should have 7+ years in construction with 3+ years as a superintendent, plus OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR; proficiency with Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6; a GC license or LEED is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects; strong scheduling and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules; coordinate materials and labor.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety meetings and JHA.
• Ensure work meets plans and quality standards; coordinate inspections and QC.
• Manage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence; resolve field issues.
• Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, and directives.
• Support punch lists, final inspections, and as-built documentation.
