Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government projects across the United States.

You will oversee safety, scheduling, and coordination from groundbreaking through closeout, with emphasis on ADA/accessibility scopes and concrete construction. Responsibilities include directing subcontractors, managing look-ahead schedules, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Perform regular jobsite walkthroughs and inspections.
• Coordinate required inspections, testing, and quality control procedures.
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain daily reports including manpower, progress, weather, and safety updates.
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed.
• Manage punch list completion and final inspections.
