ARCO Companies is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent with 3–5 years of on-site supervisory experience to lead interior builds, framing, and finish carpentry across projects. You will supervise self-perform crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and collaborate with project managers to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes on time.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel regionally, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory on-site experience on ground-up or large-scale renovation projects.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks from start to finish.
• Interpret blueprints and project specs for accurate implementation.
• Travel regionally to on-site projects as needed.
• Supervise self-perform crews and coordinate with subcontractors.
