ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and work with project managers to maintain progress and profitability.

The role requires directing multiple activities, reporting progress, and traveling across the country to sites while upholding ARCO's values and policies.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the country.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Prepare construction activity schedules and staffing plans.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Assist in shipments of materials and approvals of shop drawings.
