Job summary

D&D Building is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee a multi-store remodeling project across Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. The role includes planning, scheduling, subcontractor oversight and ensuring the project meets specifications.

Travel Monday through Friday with home every weekend; compensation includes a base salary plus location-based incentives and standard benefits. BS in CM preferred, leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management.
• Previous experience in construction management or related fields.
• Familiarity with construction management software - Procore, MS Project, Plan Grid.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Overall safety for all contactors, client personnel and general public around construction areas.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
