• 7+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout.
• Manage project schedule, safety, quality, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with project managers, clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, budgets, and company standards.
• Drive jobsite safety culture and compliance efforts.
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain progress.
• Mentor project engineers and field staff.
• Travel and relocate temporarily as needed based on project location and duration.
