Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations on commercial projects valued between $5M and $30M, with travel assignments and rotations.

You will coordinate subs, review scope, plan logistics, monitor progress against schedule and budget, and maintain strong client relationships on site. Travel every 2–3 weeks; benefits include medical, dental, 401(k); PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Hands-on ground-up experience with banks, retail spaces, restaurants, or office buildings.
• Ability to plan ahead and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Clear, effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel to job sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations on commercial jobs valued between $5M and $30M, including subcontractor scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate with the broader project team on scope review, site logistics planning, and safety compliance.
• Track construction progress against both timeline and budget targets.
• Act as the primary on-site contact to keep client relationships strong throughout the project lifecycle.
