Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent for travel-based field leadership across the Mountain states. You will run day-to-day field operations on projects valued $5M–$30M, coordinate subs, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

This role offers a base salary of $130k–$160k plus vehicle allowance, per diem, bonus potential, full benefits, PTO, and holidays. You will rotate travel every 2–3 weeks and work with a stable backlog.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction.
• Hands-on ground-up experience with commercial builds (banks, retail, restaurants, or offices).
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel to job sites; rotations home every 2–3 weeks.

• Track construction progress against both timeline and budget targets
• Act as the primary on-site contact to keep client relationships strong throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Superintendent in construction
• Hands‑on ground‑up experience with commercial builds such as banks, retail spaces, restaurants, or office buildings
• Strong ability to plan ahead and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Clear, effective communicator both verbally and in writing
• Comfortable working independently and leading a field crew without close oversight
• Able to travel to job sites regularly, with trips home every 2–3 weeks
