Job summary

Engtal Inc is seeking a traveling Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects nationwide. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and partner with project managers to deliver safe, high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to OSHA, and a willingness to travel to project sites across the U.S. You will maintain schedules, monitor budgets, and drive a culture of safety and accountability on every site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (projects nationwide).

Responsibilities
