Job summary

Premise Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee job sites and construction projects, coordinating foremen, crew members and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to travel up to 100% to various locations. Experience with electrical installations and union environments is preferred, along with a Journeyman Electrician license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of foreman experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to read construction drawings, schematics, and SOW.
• Proficient in electrical installations and related tools.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks per SOW.
• Identify and report observations affecting schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Delegate tasks to crew based on skill; provide performance feedback.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports and documents.
• Approve daily time sheets.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager.
• Ensure PPE, safety compliance and site cleanliness.
• Inspect and manage materials, tools and equipment.
• Lead staff through training, planning, and performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
