Job summary

Premise Inc. seeks a Traveling Electrical Journeyworker Foreman to oversee sites and projects across the Midwest. You will lead crews and subs, ensure tasks align with SOW, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years as a foreman, a valid Minnesota electrical license, and the ability to read drawings and schematics. Expect extensive travel and reporting responsibilities with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related Foreman experience.
• Valid Minnesota electrical license or reciprocal licensing.
• Able to read construction drawings, schematics and SOW.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% with per diem if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks per SOW and manage crew performance.
• Identify schedule, budget, quality, safety impacts and changes.
• Communicate goals and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Submit required reports and time sheets.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Coordinate materials and equipment for timely project completion.
• Lead and develop assigned staff per company policies.
