Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience as Civil Construction Journeyworker or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Travel up to 100% and work at multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil labor crews on projects.
• Direct construction tasks such as racking, panel assembly, and trenching.
• Manage labor production timelines, crew duties, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with specs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and junior workers.
• Coordinate with equipment operators for certified and proper use of machinery.
• Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, safety team, and field reps.
• Perform site inspections and quality control checks.
• Maintain records of progress, labor hours, and materials used.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and address on-site issues promptly.
