Job summary

Hoar Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX to oversee the entire construction process from start to finish. You will coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and ensure contract compliance while communicating with owners and design teams.

The role requires travel up to five days per week, leadership of on-site staff, and delivering projects on time and within budget. A related bachelor's degree and 4–10 years of experience are preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4-10 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management of new construction/renovation projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software such as Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of assistant project managers and deliver training for staff.
• Maintain the Job Cost Report, ledgers, and budget.
• Develop project administration, correspondence, letters, etc.
