Job summary

The Project Manager II at The Austin Company oversees engineering and construction projects to meet client needs on time and within budget. You will serve as the liaison between Austin and the client, coordinating engineering, construction, purchasing, accounting and estimating.

This role requires a 4-year degree in Engineering or Architecture with 10–15 years of experience; professional registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Typically 10-15 years’ experience in design or engineering and/or field construction.
• Professional registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of one or more projects to meet client needs on time and within budget.
• Coordinate engineering, construction and purchasing as well as accounting and estimating.
• Handle contractual matters including change orders and coordination with client.
