Qualifications

• Real-world construction background: general contracting, project engineering, or owner's rep experience.
• Track record managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects from concept to closeout.
• Experience reviewing pay apps, making financial projections, building budgets and schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's Representative across the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through construction and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control to keep projects financially disciplined.
• Track milestones, risk, and performance data, and keep owners informed with clear, transparent reporting.
• Advise on project delivery strategy (GMP, Lump Sum, CMAR) and manage contracts accordingly.
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, contractors, and permitting agencies.
• Identify issues early and drive resolution before they derail a project's schedule or budget.
