Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects across multiple sites. You will ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining client relationships and company image.

The role requires a degree in construction management or related field and experience managing general contractor projects from start to finish. Travel to job sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in construction management or engineering.
• Experience leading general contracting projects from conception to handover.
• Strong communication and coordination across subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safety and compliance.
• Review contracts, drawings, and submittals for scope and constructability.
• Maintain master schedule and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Lead responses to RFPs and assist in project investigations as needed.
